The suit alleges the defendants failed to pay the plaintiffs hundreds of thousands of dollars for sponsorship benefits and player appearance fees. It further alleges that the defendants misappropriated funds from consumers who booked spaces on the Dolphins-themed cruise, leaving the consumers without reservations.

Less than one month before Miami Dolphins fans were scheduled to board the cruise, FCC and Nahom allegedly told the Dolphins Parties that FCC had not secured any of the staterooms for the 35 former Miami Dolphins players participating in the cruise, as FCC was required to do under the agreement, the Dolphins allege.
