A shopping plaza engineering report is at the center of a legal dispute in which a shop owner alleges wrongful eviction due to a misleading independent report allegedly manufactured by the landlord to evict an unwanted tenant.

A family-owned Miami bakery, Grupo Sur Inc., with more than 30 employees, is out of business and the workers out of jobs after it alleges a Nashville developer kicked it out using fraudulent tactics, according to the complaint authored by their attorneys, founding and managing principal Robert A. Stok, principal Joshua R. Kon, and partner David I. Rosenblatt of Stok Kon + Braverman, with Rosenblatt quarterbacking the litigation.
