Carnival, the international cruise line headquartered in Florida, was hit with a personal injury lawsuit Monday in Florida Southern District Court. The court case was brought by Gerson & Schwartz on behalf of a minor. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-21512, C.J.M., a minor, by and through his father, natural guardian and next friend V.M., v. Carnival Corporation.
