The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit on Friday upheld the dismissal of a lawsuit filed by a woman who claimed that the Florida International University College of Law expelled her over her support for former President Donald Trump.
Judges Charles Wilson, Andrew Brasher and R. Lanier Anderson agreed with a lower court that Christina McLaughlin’s 114-page complaint against the university should be dismissed, and called her allegations “vague and repetitive.”
