Counsel at Hogan Lovells on Monday removed a $50 million lawsuit against T-Mobile and subsidiary Sprint Solutions Inc. to Florida Middle District Court. The complaint was filed by Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton and Heebner Baggett & Garthe on behalf of Maycom, a Sprint dealer which contends that it was coerced into oppressive retailer agreements following the companies’ 2020 merger. The case is in 6:22-cv-00150, Maycom, LLC v. T-Mobile USA, Inc. et al.
