Fowler White Burnett filed a patent suit Wednesday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of e-commerce fraud protection provider Clearsale. The suit seeks declaratory judgment with regard to three patents asserted by Confirmetrics LLC and Digital Proctor Inc. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-23606, Clearsale LLC v. Confirmetrics LLC et al.
