Cole Schotz filed an interpleader complaint Wednesday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of Spartan Motors Global Inc. The suit seeks to determine who is lawfully entitled to certain funds arising in connection with the dissolution of Spartan-Gimaex Innovations. Counsel have not yet appeared for the claimants.
