An employee of a German-owned, South Florida-based healthcare retail company has filed a civil lawsuit against, alleging age-discrimination and antisemitism.
Fifty-year-old plaintiff David Kronrad, who is a resident of Broward County, filed suit against defendant Beurer North America L.P. He accuses the company of mistreating him and older employees, including Jewish workers, inappropriately.
