TJX, the parent company to T.J. Maxx and Marshalls, and Fontainebleau Square were sued Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court over alleged violations of the ADA. The court case was brought by J. Courtney Cunningham PLLC on behalf of Jesus Gonzalez. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-23462, Gonzalez v. The TJX Companies, Inc. et al.
