Counsel at Shutts & Bowen on Wednesday removed a trade secret lawsuit against former United Rentals employee Jorge Debro Pacifico to Florida Southern District Court. The suit was filed by Littler Mendelson on behalf of United Rentals, which accuses the defendant of misappropriating proprietary information in service of a competitor. The case is 1:21-cv-23399, United Rentals (North America), Inc. v. Pacifico.
