Carlton Fields filed a trade secret lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of advertising technology platform NitroPay. The partially redacted complaint alleges that Venatus Media misappropriated confidential information it had been given per a proposed merger and used it to solicit NitroPay’s customer base. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 0:21-cv-61933, GG Software LP v. Venatus Media Limited.
