A boat storage facility at a Palm Beach Gardens marina has sold for $16.8 million as the buyer expands its collection of Class A assets in premier markets.
PGA Marina Partners LLC, a South Carolina company operated by Charleston-based Atlantic Marina holdings, sold the property at 2385 PGA Blvd. to PORT 32 Palm Beach Gardens LLC, according to the Broward County Appraiser’s Office. The buyer is part of PORT 32 Marinas, a leading developer and acquirer of Class A coastal marinas.
