Ashh Inc. a smoking accessory company that sells e-cigarette batteries under the brand name Ooze, filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Monday in Florida Southern District Court against Stalker Smokes LLC. The suit, brought by GrayRobinson and Clark Hill, contends that the defendant’s ‘Oze’ vaping products unlawfully mimic the Ooze branding and trade dress. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-22698, Ashh Inc. d/b/a Ooze Wholesale v. Stalker Smokes LLC d/b/a Zest Distribution LLC.
