Dallas-based car salvage auctioneer Copart USA bought a 117-acre industrial parcel in Homestead for $34.75 million in what looks like the biggest Miami-Dade County transaction in the sector for the past three years.
Copart, which focuses on online car auctions and the resale and remarketing of used, wholesale and salvage title vehicles, bought SouthEnd Industrial from Plantation-based real estate private equity firm Sure Equity Group on Oct. 7.
