Jones Day partner Adam Rogers has joined McDermott Will & Emery’s Miami office.
Rogers will be part of the firm’s health industry advisory practice. He previously worked at McDermott for five years before going to DLA Piper in 2012 and then Jones Day in 2017.
“Adam’s return not only strengthens our Miami health care capabilities, it augments our deep, nation-wide team of health care practitioners,” Eric Zimmerman, a partner and International head of McDermott’s health industry advisory group, said in a statement.
Rogers advises organizations on a variety of health care regulatory matters, including licensing, enrollment and certification, fraud and abuse, Medicare program compliance requirements, corporate practice restrictions, group purchasing organizations, and health reform.
Jones Day did not respond to an immediate request for comment.
