We invite you to participate in the Connecticut Law Tribune’s second annual Litigation Departments of the Year Awards.
The competition is open to any law firm with a Connecticut presence that handles litigation.
We are seeking to give recognition to strong litigation departments, and need your help in identifying law firm candidates.
The contest has two distinct categories – top departments in: (1) General Litigation, and (2) Special Practice Litigation Areas (a) Intellectual Property; (b) Products Liability/Mass Torts; (c) Labor & Employment; (d) Insurance & Insurance Defense; (e) Commercial Litigation and (f) others to be named.
We’d like you to nominate your law firm’s litigation department. Tell us about your litigation department’s accomplishments and why your litigators are special.
You may include descriptions on litigation management; best practices and how they’re enforced; organizational innovations; alternative billing methods, technological improvements; and other indicia on the litigation department’s success.
If your law firm’s litigation department is selected, it will be featured within the Law Tribune’s March 31 special issue, along with the other award recipients.
Each selected litigation department will also receive a trophy at our awards dinner, to be held on May 28 at the Bond Ballroom in downtown Hartford.
