In 2012, Edward “Ted” Kennedy Jr. was eyeing a run for the U.S. Senate seat in Massachusetts. But instead of seeking political office in last year’s election to fill John Kerry’s seat, Kennedy decided to keep his attention on another passion of his politically famous family — health care law.

Kennedy, who lives in Branford and is the son of the late Sen. Edward Kennedy, has joined the Stamford office of the national health care law firm of Epstein Becker Green.
