Compensation czar Kenneth Feinberg runs his New York and Washington alternative dispute resolution shop Feinberg Rozen when he’s not handling payouts to victims of natural or man-made disasters.

Now the Brockton, Mass., native has been pulled back to his home state to administer a charitable fund for victims of the April 15 Boston Marathon bombings that killed three and injured more than 260. To date, One Fund Boston has $23.8 million in its coffers.
