Cory Bell has worked on 200-plus postgrant proceedings, making him one of the most experienced attorneys in the field. Recognizing his skills, clients asked him to work on related litigations and not just the co-pending inter partes reviews. Bell now regularly serves as litigation counsel, particularly in cases involving complex computer/media technologies before the District of Massachusetts. He served as lead local counsel in Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy A/S v. General Electric (DMA). After the judge’s enhanced award, the total damages were approximately $90 million. Bell also served as lead local counsel in multiple § 1782 proceedings relating to foreign disputes between GE and SGRE.
