Morgan, Lewis & Bockius filed a patent lawsuit Monday in Connecticut District Court on behalf of Assa Abloy AB, Assa Abloy Global Solutions Inc. and other plaintiffs. The suit, targeting CPC Patent Technologies Pty. Ltd. and Charter Pacific Corporation Ltd., seeks a declaration of non-infringement on a family of patents related to smart lock technology. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
