Selective Insurance Co. of South Carolina sued KBE Building Corp. Wednesday in Connecticut District Court over an insurance coverage dispute. The lawsuit, filed by Day Pitney, centers on an underlying breach-of-contract complaint involving construction of the ShopRite grocery store on Shunpike Road in Cromwell. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendant.
