Even though Connecticut doesn’t have anti-bullying laws like other states, Connecticut employment attorneys will have their eye on a lawsuit alleging repeated workplace bullying against a then-17-year-old girl.
The reason, according to plaintiffs attorney Michael McMinn, founder and managing attorney of The McMinn Employment Law Firm in Bridgeport, is because of a section of the Connecticut General Statutes that deals with retaliation.
