A second round of COVID-19 based stimulus loans is finally here, and not a moment too soon.

President Trump ended 2020 by signing into law the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (the “Act”), which incorporated all of the key provisions contained in the prior COVID-19 relief bill which was first introduced into Congress back in October. The act was passed by both houses of Congress on December 21st and signed into law by President Trump on December 27.
