There have been 10 cases of employees— and in one case a prisoner—who were in the New Britain Superior Court building with COVID-19 over the last two months, but some lawyers say attorneys and the public were never notified.

While the Connecticut Judicial Branch notified only court personnel of the coronavirus cases beginning on Sept. 23 and continuing into November, attorneys who regularly work in the courthouse said they believe the state’s judicial branch should have reached out to them too.
