An East Hartford attorney secured $445,000 for a father and son injured when a motorist, who admitted to falling asleep at the wheel, struck their 2012 Cadillac Escalade head-on.
Plaintiffs attorney Larry Adler of the Adler Law Group secured $400,000 for 52-year-old Joseph Murphy, driver of the Cadillac, and $45,000 for his 12-year-old son John, who was sitting in the back seat.
