Stephanie Schaeffer soon will get her last paycheck from Paychex.
The Rochester, New York-based company says in a new securities filing that Schaeffer, its chief legal and ethics officer, will retire Aug. 2. She says that once the company hires a successor she will assist with the transition until that date.
