In-house legal departments need more expertise before they jump on the generative artificial intelligence bandwagon, according to a new study by legal software company Consilio.
Of the 129 attorneys at corporate law departments, law firms and government-affiliated entities surveyed in January at Legalweek in New York City, 63% said they are waiting for more training on gen AI before adopting it.
