As it struggles for survival, Tupperware Brands, the once-iconic maker of airtight storage containers, has restored Karen Sheehan to her former role as chief legal officer, three months after she abruptly announced her resignation.

Sheehan has been serving as an external general counsel and acting corporate secretary since Oct. 1, according to a new U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing. Sheehan was paid $240,000 for that month and a half of work. The board on Nov. 17 voted to reappoint her.
