Matt Abrusci joins MUFG Financial as general counsel for the Americas with almost four decades of legal experience. He spent the last three years at the Royal Bank of Canada, serving as global head of the capital markets law group. Prior to this role, he served as the head of Americas for RBC’s capital markets law group.
