Penn State University has begun a national search to fill a job that a decade ago few might have dared to seek—general counsel.
Stephen Dunham, who joined the university in 2012 and helped guide it through its legal nightmare in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky sexual abuse scandal, stepped down from the post last September. He remains an adjunct professor of law.
