DoorDash general counsel Tia Sherringham received a $15.5 million stock grant after her promotion to legal chief last year, according to the company’s latest proxy filing.

Sherringham joined the food delivery platform in 2017 as an assistant general counsel working under Keith Yandell. She was promoted to VP of legal a year later and ascended to the general counsel role after Yandell’s transition to chief business officer in January 2022.
