Customer relationship management platform HubSpot has added Alyssa Harvey Dawson as chief legal officer.
Harvey Dawson joins the Cambridge, Massachusetts-based company from the payroll and benefits platform Gusto Inc., where she also was CLO. She replaces John Kelleher, who resigned in September, after more than a decade with the company, to become general counsel of fintech Dutchie.
