Yahoo Inc.’s top lawyer, Julie Jacobs, is jumping to computer maker HP Inc. as chief legal officer.
Jacobs, who will start next month, succeeds Harvey Anderson, who stepped down in July after serving as legal chief since February 2021. Deputy General Counsel Rick Hansen has been handling CLO duties on an interim basis since.
