Tesla Inc. associate general counsel Angela Chadwick has split with the electric vehicle maker and joined Google sister company and drone delivery service Wing in Silicon Valley.

Chadwick had worked at Tesla for more than three years and departed amid CEO Elon Musk’s ongoing bid to buy Twitter Inc. for $44 billion. She had overseen Tesla’s legal compliance in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific regions.
