Tesla Inc. quietly shifted one of its in-house lawyers over to the well-worn driver’s seat of the company’s legal department last fall.
David Searle left his role as deputy general counsel and senior director of compliance at Tesla and took over as acting head of legal and corporate secretary in October, according to his LinkedIn profile.
