Centre. a consortium founded five years ago by crypto heavyweights Coinbase and Circle Internet to set standards for blockchain-based financial services, has hired Rebecca Cohen as general counsel.
Cohen most recently was general counsel at Mark43, a public safety platform. Cohen has 15 years of experience representing traditional financial institutions in cross-border restructuring, financing and litigation matters, as well as experience with emerging growth technology companies.
