After Bradley Gayton resigned as the Coca-Cola Co.’s top lawyer in early 2021, he raked in more than $9 million serving as a consultant for the company the remainder of the year, according to a new regulatory filing.

The Atlanta-based beverage giant detailed Gayton’s compensation in its latest proxy statement, which showed that Coca-Cola paid Gayton $9.35 million for his consulting services along with a $231,523 salary.
