Bradley Gayton, the former general counsel of The Coca-Cola Co. and Ford Motor Co., has been elected to the board of directors at Vertex Inc., a tax technology company based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
The company said in an SEC filing Monday that Gayton was elected at a virtual stockholder meeting, along with three other directors. They are each set to serve on the board until 2024.
