IBM Corp. general counsel and senior vice president Michelle Browdy received compensation totaling $6.65 million in 2021, up 6% from the prior year, according to a proxy statement the tech giant filed Monday.
Browdy’s earnings last year included a $894,000 base salary and $4.4 million in stock awards, according to the statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
