Terminix, one of the largest pest control companies in the world, has changed up its legal department leadership after reaching a milestone settlement late last year.
The Memphis-based company brought on Deidre Richardson as its new general counsel, it announced Tuesday. Terminix also told the SEC in a filing Tuesday that interim GC Dion Persson will stick around as an adviser, making $250,000 per year.
