Jennifer McGlinn has served as general counsel for Power Home Remodeling for only about a year. But in that short time, the company has welcomed about 100 new female employees to its national workforce.
When McGlinn joined the Chester, Pennsylvania-based company in 2019, Power launched a gender diversity initiative that added $1,000 to an existing $2,000 general referral bonus for employees who referred women who ended up being hired.
