Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison secured its London offices in Soho at a significant discount to market value, enabling it to take more space per lawyer than many of its rivals.

A market report by real estate agents Knight Frank, which advised on the deal, listed the price per square foot at £115 per square foot, meaning the firm would paying out almost £10 million a year for the 81,433 square foot of space it is occupying in the West End.
