Focused on expanding its East Coast operations, Foley & Lardner hired Paul Hastings tax partner David Makso in New York, a partner who brings significant experience in fund formation and cross-border work.
Makso, who is fluent in English, Spanish and Arabic, joined the Milwaukee-founded firm on Monday as a partner in the taxation practice group, boosting the firm’s fund formation and investment management practice.
