Continuing its lateral hiring streak into 2024, Paul Hastings has added Shearman & Sterling finance partner Stephen Gruendel in New York.
Gruendel has previously worked with Paul Hastings finance lawyers, including partner Marc Lashbrook, earlier in his career at Cahill Gordon & Reindel. Lashbrook and two other finance partners joined Paul Hastings from Cahill in May 2023.
