Mike McKool resigned from McKool Smith on Wednesday, leaving the Dallas-based firm he helped found in 1991 for a litigation opportunity with a client, and with plans to launch a new firm soon.
McKool said the “compelling” opportunity is sensitive, and he can’t talk about it publicly yet.
