Willkie Farr & Gallagher is doling out spring bonuses to its associates ranging from $7,500 to $40,000, a firm spokesperson confirmed, following a strong financial year where the firm saw profits per equity partner and gross revenue grow by double digits.

The scale begins at $7,500 for associates who graduated law school in the class of 2020 and tops out at $40,000 for the firm’s most senior associates. The bonuses will be paid out in two installments: Associates will receive the first half of their bonus June 30 and the second half will be doled out Sept. 30. The bonuses were first reported Friday by Above the Law.
