Twitter will take its case against Elon Musk to trial beginning on Oct. 17, Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick has decided.
The company is claiming Musk breached a deal to acquire the microblogging service for $44 billion.
"Discovery should not be requested or withheld in an effort to inflict unreasonable demands on or extract unreasonable benefits from the opposing party," the order from Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick stated.
