Kathaleen McCormick is set to be nominated to lead the Delaware Court of Chancery, making her the first woman to hold the position of chancellor.

Gov. John Carney announced April 9 that McCormick was selected to replace current Chancellor Andre Bouchard, who will step down at the beginning of May.
