Finally, an issue most attorneys seem to agree on: they wouldn’t take on a client who previously filed a legal malpractice action against their firm.

There was a resounding “no” to the hypothetical question posed July 7 to attorneys on Reddit by user Silas_Of_The_Lambs, who said they’re currently facing the dilemma in real life.
