A former judge has resigned from the Washington state bar in lieu of discipline after pleading guilty in connection with allegations that he sexual assaulted two court employees.

Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson announced April 4 that former Asotin County Superior Court Judge Scott Gallina pleaded guilty to two counts of assault with sexual motivation, one count in the third degree and one in the fourth degree.
